- How do I view my reservation?
- Use this link to view, modify, or cancel your reservation.
- What is check in/check out time?
- Check in is at 3pm, check out is at 12 noon. If you arrive before 3pm, we will do our best to arrange an early check-in. We have a full bell service available to store your luggage if a room is not available before 3pm.
- Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
- Our hotel is completely non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke in the public area outside the hotel's front door. Chicago city ordinance requires that smokers be at least 15-feet from the doorway.
- How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?
- Complimentary high-speed wired and wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel, to Kimpton InTouch Guest Loyalty members.
- Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available?
- Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and High-speed wired internet access is available in a select number of rooms.
- Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
- Yes, we do. It is open 24-hours a day and features cardio machines as well as a selection of free weights. If you are interested in a full-service facility, several nearby fitness centers offer day pass options. Our front desk team will be happy to assist.
- Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
- We are proud to offer in-room dining 24 hours a day. There is a limited menu between 10pm and 7am.
- Do you have a business center?
- Our Business Center is equipped with computers, a printer and updated software to help with your business needs. There is a charge to use the services. Printing boarding passes is free of charge.
- Do you have a pool?
- We do not have a pool on premises. Guests who wish to go for a swim may visit the nearby Lakeshore Athletic Club. A fee may apply.
- Do you have a spa? What are the hours?
- We are proud to offer In Room Spa services through our partner, Relax and Rejuvenate.
Transportation/Directions
- How do I get to the hotel?

- Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
- We do not offer a complimentary shuttle. There are shuttles for hire near baggage claim at both Chicago airports. Both airports offer taxi cabs and public transportation to downtown. Our concierge team is also available to arrange private cars.
- What are your cross streets?
- We are located on North Wabash Avenue between Wacker Drive and Lake Street.
- Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
- Valet parking is available at the Hotel main entrance. The garage facility is an outside service operated by Park 1 Chicago. Valet parking is offered by Park One Chicago at a nightly rate of $48 with in and out privileges throughout your stay. Please note that the hotel is not liable for any loss or damage involving the garage or valet parking.

- Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
- Some of our rooms can accommodate cribs or rollaway beds. There is a $25 per night rental fee for cribs and rollaways.
- I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
- Please contact the customer service department at the website you used to make your reservation.
- What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
- You must be at least 18 years of age to rent a room and at least 21 years of age to receive a key to access the in-room minibar.
- What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
- We have a 24 hour prior to arrival cancellation policy on most reservations. You must cancel by 6pm Central time the day prior to arrival to avoid penalty. On certain reservations a special cancellation may apply.
- Is my ID/passport required at check in?
- We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.
- What age do kids stay for free?
- Kids under the age of 17 stay for free in existing bedding when accompanied by an adult.
- Do you have connecting rooms?
- We do have a limited number of connecting rooms. Our hotel offers Mediterranean Suites that connect with Queen-Queen rooms (two queen beds) and King Deluxe rooms that connect with Queen-Queen rooms. Connecting rooms must be requested in advance and cannot be guaranteed.
- Do you have accessible rooms?
- Yes, we have accessible rooms. Some of these rooms include modified bath tubs with bars and added facility, and some include a roll-in shower. For more information on the accessible features of our hotel, click here.
- Do you have an early departure fee?
- We do. An Early Departure Fee of up to one nights room and tax may be applied if you check out before your scheduled departure date.

- What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
- All major credit cards are accepted.
Pets
- Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
- We're delighted to have you visit with your pets! There are no restrictions. All we ask is that you sign a short "Pet Pawlicy" accepting responsibility for any damage or special cleaning costs. We'll also ask for your cellular phone number so we may contact you, if necessary, while your pet is alone in the room.
- Do you have pet free rooms for those with allergies?

- Do you have pet sitting or dog walking services?
- Our concierge team will be happy to arrange for hired pet care services. Please call at least 48 hours in advanced of your stay to arrange for services.
- How far do you have to walk to take your pet out?
- About six blocks. Our concierge desk will be happy to direct you.
